Ink Trader =(

Is there a reason to have the Ink Trader only in dalaran? The only thing that really bothered me with the removal of the portals is that now when i want to trade ink to make a glyph or a card i have to go to dalaran D=.

Can we get a ink trader in ogri or twilight highlands? or is there a reason for them not to be there? o.o
