I'm sorry for any confusion caused; the answer you received was a misunderstanding due to the name of the item, just as Surnajam suggested.

The newer version (Zin'rokh, Destroyer of Worlds) is very much still in the game and it is obtainable, however it has a very low chance of being given as a project.

It's true that we have received reports from a few players stating a) that they've yet to be given the project despite hundreds of successive attempts (which, to be clear, could just be bad luck), and/or b) that the Zin'rokh project is offered and then reverts to something different after logging out and back in.

We haven't yet been able to confirm or deny these reports, and our developers are still investigating. I'm afraid I don't have any more information to offer you than that, and all I can recommend at the moment is that you keep trying.
