Dear Bashiok, (Blackrock Server)

I play on Blackrock, and have yet to get on the server. I am currently sitting at 1728 with a 149 minute queue. Which is cool, I love Blackrock with my Horde Characters and would have a tough time taking them off. My alliance characters on the other hand...
Its common knowledge throughout Blackrock as I am sure it is throughout your own Blizz network that Blackrock's Horde to Alliance ratio is completely screwed.
When the people I have talked to on my server (alliance side) have had to resort to dungeon grinding to escape the horde pvp fests from a mismatched server ratio. We Alliance players miss out on the hard work Blizz Dev's put into the leveling process. Not to say everybody on Alliance went the dungeon route, but the fair amount I talked to said that was the only way.
Anyways, back to the point...
Can you just finally make Blackrock an all horde server? And give us Alliance folks multiple realms to choose from in transferring off (Both Oceanic and US based servers)
