How come Forum avatars have their in game character's face/gear while some have Silhouettes?

We actually have a blog article going up on forum avatars and how they work in the not-too-distant future. But for those of you stuck in silhouette mode, your character must be at least level 10 and you have to have played on it recently. The avatar is queued to generate upon logout of the game. In some cases it'll take a bit for the avatar to update after you log out of the character, but it's usually within a couple hours.

I think there's maybe an issue with the static renderer, then. I'll follow up with the web engineers and see what's the hizzaps. |
