Ok my character been doing pet battles 110 monk I’ve been try to get the quest line that I can get fishy. I’ve been researching it for a week with no luck . I’m horde I’ve gone to the places in Jade Forest . And timeless isle and still no quest giver . Can anyone help. Hotoka

The quest isn't a stand alone, so you'll need to get Kah Kah to talk to you and give you that quest, Hotaka. Meaning completing the prerequisite quests.
If you are looking on the 110 Monk you are posting on, it seems you already completed that quest. I can't tell when or what you may have done with that reward, but it does seem that you already received it for that character. The pet can be caged, so it might be available on the Auction House. Alternately, you can complete the quest on an alternate character. |
