Typically forums represent a very small number of any games playerbase. Most people just don't post on the forums and are actually just readers which is fine, because not everyone wants to post or try to get into an argument about something. >.>

I think the forums are a good gauge of something though, as passionate people eagerly speaking, clearly care about the game. *ends pandering*
