I'm glad you can't queue for the raid, but lockouts should be the same as current raids. By boss, not by instance. People are stuck, unable to continue, because of collapsing raids and half-finished lockouts.

Just as a heads-up here: we've identified the root cause of the issue, but I don't have any further information regarding a fix or any ETA at the moment.
