We are constantly wiping to a bug introduced (or made worse rather) in 5.3.
Even if we walk as slowly as possible with Crimson Fog to reveal the add, it just randomly explodes, wiping the raid, althought the add does not exit the Crimson Fog.
Please hotfix this as soon as possible!!!!
EDIT: This was in a 10man Heroic run. Been talking to some 25man guilds and they don't seem to having any issues.
