Alright, so my friend wants to play WoW, but he refuses to pay for it.
So...I let him play on my account.
But here's the thing. He DOESN'T know my password and he doesn't even know my username to log on with. I refuse to give it to him.
I created a character for him to play on, and he comes over like every other day...I log on for him and he plays for a few hours.
This isn't breaking any rules at all, right? I mean, I logged on myself and it's NOT account sharing. He has NO access to ANY of my personal info at all.
I did, however allow him one character to play with on my account that only he uses.
I guess what I'm asking is, did I find a way around the rules? *shrug*

Okay, this is an...odd question.
But can someone get banned for constantly opening tickets and making up stories for the purpose of making false accusations against other players, simply because the person doing the reporting doesn't like that person? I ask because my friend does this. A LOT! lol. I don't even know how he sees anyone in trade anymore, because he basically "report spam" almost everyone that he doesn't like. He also sent Bliz some emails, lying about other players. So, we had a debate on whether this is against the rules. In a nutshell, can you get banned for abusing the 'report player' system? Theres NOTHING about this in the ToS, which is why I ask. |
