Dear Support,
i see a very tragic and annoying development in the actions beeing done against abusing techniques to enrich players by using software to run automated character farming.
As a fact, i am very aware of reporting character, which have a high possibility of beeing automated farm characters:
Criteria:
Instant lvl 80 by scroll of ressurrection
Normally Paladin
Professions: Herbing and Mining
Active farming time: Almost whole day they can be found at same place farming
No response on questions
etc.
Normally i wrote tickets to report these characters and in the past i had some nice experience of helpful GMs, solving the problem immediatly while we were chatting.
They even found time to describe the problem. Hacked frozen accounts which get scroll of ressurrection to start a farm char.
But now, the "report buttons" got implemented for "Language, Cheating etc."
Well using this buttons to report automated farm characters normally ends up with NO actions against such players.
So i got back to reporting via ticket. So, the todays average wait time for a ticket to be answered is nearly 3 to 5 days. And the answer is a standardised aswer which informs me to use the ingame buttons, which wont lead to any change or reaction.
I dont't know what else i can do now. In some zones, it is nearly impossible to do mining or herbing because i see 4 to 5! achtive characters, which comply with the criteria listed above.
