6÷2(1+2)= ?
EDIT: This has been solved. Too many people were wrong in this thread. It is not 1. It is 9.
Depending on how you approach the problem either distributing or doing the parenthesis first, you will get two answers, 9 and 1. You can also right off treat it as 6/2(1+2), and you can cancel the 6/2 and are left with 3(1+2)=1.
With a proof you can say 9 is correct. And you clearly don't know math if you think it's 1. This proves the answer is 9. LOL ^_^
