What is even considered as scamming? Like if someone says ill make you this for a profession with your mats. and they just take it? cus that happened to me. is that against the rules? :(

Okay... so I've been seeing tons of people just getting a brand new account for themselves so they can level 2 characters with RaF, I was wondering if this was against the rules, or against the code of conduct and such? :3 Anyone? Especially a blue post? <3
