After reading Wulfrich's thread on 'Acceptance of Anti-Social Behavior' (which is getting rather long now i must say), I have since started using a macro at the start of every Bg and Dg i join, which simply says:

"Greetings all. Just a note to say that any anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. This is a game that we all play to have fun, which both bickering and bullying prevent. Plz help me and others have fun, by being polite and helpful to others. Thx"

I for one am sick to the back teeth of people thinking it's ok to basically bully others in game just because they do something wrong, or because they think their better than everyone else etc etc

The general namecalling and 'Noob' this and 'Idiot' that is getting ridiculous, so much so that it's actually getting near impossible to play in a fun environment anymore. I mean is it really that hard to be nice to others? Heck, i've had someone come into a new BG, raid mark himself and say 'if your not marked, your a complete noob and therefore should go die, LOLOLOLOLOL' ...
It's about time people learned that being downright disgusting to others is wrong and that we're not going to just sit back and take it anymore.

The macro I've used above has had mixed responses. I get some people go 'omg, hell yes!', who clearly like me are tired of it all...
I had some guy today say 'what... your trolling right? if your that thin-skinned you should go play hello kitty world of adventure instead', which obviously comes from one of the people who find it great fun to terrorize others.

Now, I myself am nearly 22yrs old, and I believe that as a player i have the right to be able to play without being bullied by anyone.

I understand that if we report people, Blizz GM's will very likely go and ban them or whatever. However, I think that we need certain tools to prevent harassment etc. things like voting to kick in a BG is a no-brainer, things like /ignore blocking an actual person's account, and making it easier to do so against people from other realms too (like right clicking on them etc).

I'm sure there's loads of other ways to stop all this hatred spreading, so please everyone, stand up and be counted, show your support against anti-social behavior!
