I'm sorry that your interaction with the support team didn't go as you were expecting or had hoped and I understand why it can be so frustrating but if you want to leave feedback on that then the place to do so is in the survey you'll receive after your ticket is closed.
I was going to simply ignore this but it's these type of throwaway comments that spread misinformation. Our support centers for Europe are based in our offices in Ireland and France, nothing is outsourced, GMs don't work from home, they aren't volunteers. To address the initial question there are no plans in place to make World of Warcraft Free-To-Play, who knows what the future will bring but you can be certain that if there was ever any plans to change the game model that it would be announced through the usual methods.
