I was going to simply ignore this but it's these type of throwaway comments that spread misinformation. Our support centers for Europe are based in our offices in Ireland and France, nothing is outsourced, GMs don't work from home, they aren't volunteers. I'd suggest that in the future you check your information.

I went to 'Interface' - 'Display' - and just changed the from 'Numeric Value' to 'None' and back again. Looks like it just hangs abit.

Often disabling addons is not enough as they can still interact with your game installation, try resetting your UI and seeing is the issue persists, if it does then it should be reported in game so that it gets to the right department and we can have it looked into, it's not something we can investigate through the forums.

You may want to review the Scam Policy to see what the Game Masters can and cannot assist with, it might save you a lot of tickets where you have to be denied assistance.

To address the initial question there are no plans in place to make World of Warcraft Free-To-Play, who knows what the future will bring but you can be certain that if there was ever any plans to change the game model that it would be announced through the usual methods.
