I just did my living elements transmute today, and the proc only yielded 4 extra volatiles. Instead of the normal 14-16 that I've gotten in the past.
But the patch notes and hotfix lists on mmo-champion don't say anything about proc changes.
Was this proc nerfed or is this a bug?
