I'm pretty far into my Guardian artifact weapon and decided to start on the Balance one.

Halfway through I changed my mind because I don't really like playing casters so I abandoned the quest.

But when I tried to pick up the Feral one, there wasn't any available in the Dreamgrove. Also tried backtracking with Wowhead, as suggested by a blue but that also didn't work.
Tried removing cache, WTF, ... but no quest....

Any blue can help me with this please? Very annoying.
