The reason your thread was moved in here in the first place was not to hide it, but rather it was moved as it was a Customer Support issue rather than something for the General Discussion section.
I appreciate you are upset Torstion but the forums are not the place to discuss actions taken against your characters or account. If you are unhappy with the way your petition was handled then you did the right thing by sending us an e-mail to the [email protected] address but the name was against our policies and as such was renamed. If you see other players who are breaking the policy then they should be reported to us and we will then take the appropriate actions. If you wish to discuss an in-game suspension Shadowrazor then you'll need to send an e-mail to the address that was in the mail you received. The e-mail will explain why you were temporarily suspended but this is not something we'll be able to assist you with on the forums.

Hey, this isn't something we'd lock your account for so no need to worry. The Photo ID request is just so we can be sure it's you asking to change the number registered to the account. :)
This is correct. :) If you remember the old number you used for SMS protect and still have access to that phone you can login to your account management and change it which will cause any new verification codes to be sent to the updated number rather than the old one. This will allow you to unlock your account again in the event it does get locked. If you don't have access to the old phone then this is something that will need to be resolved through a support ticket. |

It would seem that the petition you put in for this matter Fenrix was done a month ago when we were investigating into issues with interacting with this boss.
Please try it again now and if you are still having difficulties, you are welcome to raise an in-game petition where it will be looked into further. |
As Thestpaul kindly points out Xenophobia, you should not lose your tag during the fight when you are MC'd and once the fight is over, you should be able to claim loot. :)

I appreciate it can be a frustrating event (having done it many times myself), and we advise players to ensure that when passing the barrel that they ensure that they are right next to it and clearly see the buff being applied before racing on. |

While you are speaking to an in-game support representative, it is worth bearing in mind that during busier periods they will have to contact a lot more people and as such things like appearing to players (while amusing and fun to watch) would mean that it would take longer to reach other players in the queue and increase their waiting time.
