If you have any feedback about the Game Master that handled your ticket, then you can leave this directly in the survey that follows a contact. There is however no need to open multiple topics about the same issue, so I will be locking this duplicate thread down now. That being said, the loot lock-outs are indeed split into difficulties, so having killed Krosus on Normal wouldn't have impacted your first kill on Heroic. If you ran with Personal Loot, then any loot pieces you could not pick up from the chest directly would have ended up in your mailbox though. If you didn't see anything there, then the chest won't have contained much more than a few gold coins which is not something the Postmaster system would pick up however. If you frequently have problems with looting chests, then make sure to retest things after a User Interface Reset. |

WoW tokens in a character's inventory will indeed stop the character from going through a character service. Usually this wouldn't be something Support can work around as that restriction is there intentionally. Making them account-bound could be a possible solution to that in the future, but that would be something then that our Development Team has to work out. Support doesn't work on any form of game development (or bug fixing for that matter). If you have however nothing you could spend some Balance on (any other games you may have wanted to check out, mounts/pets, in-game items/skins in other games, or even some character services for other characters first if you plan on moving/changing a few), then it is probably best to contact a Game Master directly via the webform or the red question mark in-game. I cannot guarantee they'll be able to offer you a solution though, but it doesn't hurt having them check your case specifically. |

If you come across any players you believe to be using a bot, or are AFKing in the Battlegrounds, then make sure to right-click their portrait or chat and use the report options available in-game. These reports don't act like tickets, so you won't receive a direct response back but they are still investigated. In fact, we very recently had another wave of account actions. Considering the forums are not the right place for these reports, I'll be locking this topic now. |

Just to add a bit of additional clarification: a Character Transfer won't have an impact on your quest log. A Faction Change will however as it will clear out your quest log (basically abandon all quests you are on which also deletes related quest items). Any feedback you have on this, or the fact that these Essences are not retained when the quest is lost, you can always pass along via the Suggestion option directly in-game. |

Losing all characters you have played for years will have no doubt been a tremendous shock, especially if done as part of a bad prank. What others have mentioned before me is correct though: since the character restoration system came into play, Game Masters don't tend to get involved with character restorations anymore. Then again, it never hurts to ask and explain your situation in more detail, so make sure to keep your ticket open. That all being said, we also have a Code of Conduct, both in our games as on these forums and the use of insults in your replies is really unnecessary. If anything, others were trying to give you a heads-up or more detail on how things may turn out, not to mention that if you hope for someone to stick to your side it usually helps by being friendly and respectful towards them. Considering there is nothing further to add to this topic or case, I'm locking this one down now. |
