So as General mean general random stuff that is not connected with PvP, PvE, Professions or anything specific.
And Off-topic is also general random stuff that is not connected with PvP, PvE, Professions or other specific stuff.
This mean that General=Off-topic and that why they removed it because the 2 forums are basically the same...right?
