I'm not quite sure if there was a reason for it's removal, but I want it back!

Does anyone know if this is just a mistake, or Blizzard has addressed this? That spell effect was one of my favorite things about healing as discipline, and I totally do not want it to remain a mirror of PW:S's effect.
