EU API calls should now work correctly - no more internal errors!

Can you give this another shot and report back? We dealt with some technical issues with the EU AH feeds this morning, and things should be back to normal again.

This is a cool idea, but is not something we're currently looking at adding to the API.

- We don't support the AH data in TW as there is remote auction house service there.
- The arena team problem is a known issue that we are hoping to have fixed soon. |

Just to be clear - the API isn't going anywhere - Straton et al are working on other projects at the moment, but that doesn't preclude us adding features to this in the future. We are still committed to the upkeep of this project. We are working on getting through the backlog of API requests in the mailbox at the moment, and hopefully should be able to get a little more blue presence back to this forum Soon!

Can you have Telaendril login/out of the game? This is related to another issue that the WoW team was looking at a few days ago, that should now be corrected.

This is definitely a bug - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/status#locale=brazil shows 3 of the 4 realms, but none of them show up on the API. We'll take a look at this ASAP.

We appreciate the feedback and acknowledge our communication has slowed in the recent months - I think I speak for the entire team that we very much still have the desire to work with you, the community on this project - its a great joy for the engineers to have direct interaction on these forums :) Having said that, the reality of the situation is that the team is hard at working supporting all of our games, and priorities have a habit of changing on us. We are still doing our best to handle bugs that come up with the API, as well as handle any new features/systems that are patched in (e.g. the transmog changes that occurred as part of patch 4.3), but we can't commit to much beyond that at the moment :( Please feel free to continue to post on here with questions and feedback - we READ these forums on a regular basis and will reply as much as we can. |

1> The original reported issue was also affecting the Remote AH and was resolved yesterday (Though I'll be following up with the developers responsible for the AH as to why it caused 500s on these - I would have expected the worst behavior on the API to be that the data didn't update).
2> As noted elsewhere in the thread - the dump URL format is being changed to correct the issue with the EU Russian realms (If its not rolled out to EU by now it will be shortly) - if you have been following the API documentation, you should always be asking the API for what this exact URL is, for EXACTLY this reason. |

FYI - we have finally gotten to the bottom of what is causing this, and are working on a fix right now - ETA by end of this week (11/18).
