Just a brief introduction to myself, been playing Frostwhisper ever since TBC, mainly PvE though I do like to PvP when there aren't bots flying about everywhere.
This topic I've been wanting to set up for a while now is to do with Frostwhispers population, particularly on Alliance side. The thing is, since the beginning of WoTLK it has seemed apparent that there has just been some kind of downward spiralling effect on the imbalance of horde to alliance, which is ridiculous, and if im not mistaken mainly due to the change faction/server introduced by blizzard, though they may have implemented it earlier, that I am not sure of.
In anycase, it is terrible to even sit in stormwind and in the peak times of the day see maybe 50 players actually there.. and maybe another 50 elsewhere in Azeroth... A way that i thought of fixing this was to look at realm populations in terms of accounts, and merge them to make a new realm, discarding the others.. such that the numbers would be more balanced and of a relatively large size, comparable to the somewhat working servers at the moment. Either this or i beg for blizzard to free realm/faction change to Frostwhisper Alliance side... It is ridiculous right now.
Im sure other realms have this problem on both factions and it really shouldnt be happening considering the amount blizzard rakes in from us, as customer satisfaction is key in any business. Just wondering if anyone else thinks similarly to myself, reply asap.
