Currently this ability only works on a small amount of World Quests - those akin to a daily quest. Does not work on dungeons, rare elites, bosses, etc.

More challenging content will have a higher chance at an awesome or unique reward.

Currently, World Quests can drop power items all the way up to top-tier raid loot.
With the usual caveat that the frequency, distribution, and item levels possible are in a very early state and subject to change. |
