Does Blizzard even care about customers?” wysłany:
I would like to start off by saying that I have always defended Blizzard. WoW is a very good game and I appreciate that fact. However, recent events have lead me to lose all respect I have ever had for Blizzard.

To make a long story short whenever I pug I make sure that the raid leader states the loot rules according to suggestions Blizzard has made so that if I get ninja'd the items will be restored to me. I recently got ninja'd in a BH run in blatant disregard to the stated loot rules so I opened a ticket.

Instead of getting to speak with a person my response was automated telling me that looting issues are too "complicated" and the item would not be restored.

I would prefer that Blizzard just tell the truth and tell us that they don't care about pugs or ninjas and are happy to support ninjas in screwing the rest of us. This would be vastly preferable to misleading us (intentionally?) and saying that we can get items restored if we make sure that loot rules are stated etc.

In conclusion: Blizzard seems to not be very invested in gameplay experience or looking out for the well-being of their customers. Heaven forbid honest, rules-abiding players are protected when it means losing the money they get from those ninjas.

Do Not Believe Blizzard when they tell you they care about customer service or gameplay experience.

Do NOT expect Blizzard to help you or your friends to enjoy the game or for them to protect your interests.

I have played this game since it came out and I am disgusted. No I will not quit since I have so many friends here but I will make sure people are aware that Blizzard supports ninjas and if another mmorpg comes along that I like I will be encouraging my friends to try that out instead...

Thank you for reading.
