My response is this...
While you are probably correct, your employer is the one causing this issue as they specifically tell people who are un-subscribing to leave their feedback on why here on the forum instead of, presumably, adding an adequate feedback section to the un-sub process.
Do those posts get old quickly? Absolutely. But if someone cares enough about your product to take the extra step to provide that feedback you should be celebrating it not condemning it. Ultimately, you (Blizzard) need to either provide a different means for that sort of feedback or accept that these threads will happen and actually sift through the bile they may contain for any valuable feedback.
People generally aren't quitting the game "for no reason at all". Learning and understanding their reasons can. if properly responded to, keep the same issues from coming back in the future.
Also, from a community perspective, I don't see the constant "I'm quitting" threads to be healthy.
