Help me understand” wysłany:
No flying in WoD. I hear the explanations, and I can't help but think this is a brilliant idea that is 8 years old...

Hear me out, I get the direction that this game is going but removing a perk we've spent upwards of 10,000g on without giving us compensation for it is a bit disingenuous. That's like if I bought a PS4, I played it for 8 years, then after 8 years you implement a new system that will take away my PS4 and give me a PS3 but it's got new games.

This is fundamentally a too little too late problem, we get it you want to make the world huge and immersive, do so by refunding every person who's bought flying with their training costs, or keep the option to do so in WoD areas.

How does it work for lore too? I get in LK it was "too cold" for your special dragons to fly so you had to pay some bimbo mage gold to give your mounts magic wing juice. In Cata, every mount was terrified of Deathwing flying around until you bought a pilot's license in which case I'm Corey Freaking Haim taking my grandpa's car out for a night on the town. In Mists...you had to pay a mystical panda money so you can fly around on a magic turtle...I just don't even know anymore. So what's WoD's excuse, you go through the portal creating a time paradox to before you bought flying? Doc Brown would be ashamed of your reasonings for removing flying.

At the end of the day you're removing the flying because of your insistence on holding our hands and forcing us to stare at your pretty trees. Hey cool art designer#1342334 made this tree look a LITTLE more prettier than the one that was used 8 years ago. Stop treating us like children and forcing us to oogle at your pretty pictures. We get it Blizzard, Ego stroked, you can create fun environments for us to enjoy, now either allow us to fly in said magic kingdom, or give us the money we've spent over 8 years to fly.

Inb4 hurp durp 10k gold is nothing etc etc etc, I'm rich and you're not. That doesn't mean 10k gold is still a usable resource.

TL;DR, Stop making me buy a PS4 only to take it back and give me a PS3 but say the games are cooler. It's just like the utterly stupid design decision prot paladins had in Cata, which went a little something like this

HEY GUYS! Like your Divine Protection? Well we're making that Next to USELESS(Yay Blizzard in child voices) But don't you worry! After you level to 85 we're going to give it right back, call it a different name, and give you a pretty animation of a golden viking jerk PEEING ON YOU!(OH BOY!)
Feldrake in 5.4” wysłany:
As brought up in numerous threads and moved to a different forum entirely, the Feldrake change is simply unacceptable. The reason being is that while it's understandable to change something like that immediately after realizing it is a bug, it's wrong to wait an entire year to do so, and do so in a stealth manner with no mention of it in patch notes at all.

Another thing I, and I'm sure a lot of other people take issue with is the forums complete disregard for correct information from Blizzard employees.

http://blues.wowraider.net/blue/us2/9882709307/Feldrake-mount-bug

This is the first Blue response to the Feldrake bug that was subsequently deleted. It clearly stated that "We are working on bringing the Feldrake back to it's former glory." That implies that it is a known issue that you are working to address. To delete that thread to cover up your lack of understanding of the situation isn't right at all. You're getting people who spent the money on a mount like that excited to know that it IS an issue you're working on fixing, and not simply just leaving it because it was a bug that you never got around to fixing. It's laziness.

The second response states that it is an intentional change to the mount, after a week of us waiting for a response
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/9881949477?page=5#95

The problem I have with this, is the numerous layers of disinformation going on from multiple levels of Blizzard staff. You got Sapperwix, a Quality Assurance agent promising us that the Feldrake is to be restored, versus a "Forum Support Agent" telling us it is an intentional change, that was nowhere mentioned in the patch notes. You have people with GM ticket responses stating that they are working to fix the situation, versus it is an intentional change to the mount.

One thing I will say, is that if it's an intentional change, it will be something that will cause a lot of frustration among the TCG community or anyone who owns a Feldrake for that matter. I for one will continue making posts/threads to vent my frustration, and will bring numerous Feldrake owners to these threads as well to show that this is an issue you handled poorly and with Sapperwix promising a fix you should follow through with your statements.
Account Wide TCG Vanity Items” wysłany:
So, I'll try to keep this short and to the point, why are TCG items character specific? I'm specifically referring to vanity items as the title suggests as obviously mounts and pets are account wide now, however why are vanity items not?

I know in terms of difficulty to implement it might be challenging changing years old items to Bind on Account, I'm no programmer nor will I try to talk about how it's an easy fix blah blah blah, but what I'm asking is why was this never addressed? The reason I find this to be strange is so, Blizzard has their own vanity item, the Murloc costume. The Murloc costume is a BoA item, a vanity item that Blizzard itself implemented from Blizzcon, so why is it that the Blizzcon item a BoA yet TCG items aren't?

TCG items are in and of themselves a luxury and I totally understand that, however if TCG items are such a luxury then why would you allow your own vanity item to be BoA?? Just something I was pondering over while staring at every single TCG tabard(that are now 200+on ebay due to it being UDE points redemption and them being obsolete)on my rogue that I haven't touched competitively since Ulduar, or having to buy a second Epic Purple Shirt and Pedestal on my DK because I no longer play my paladin.

I appreciate the game, and have loved playing it since the beginning, I love this game, and appreciate it much more after trying other MMO's(let's just say The Old Republic made me love this game), I've been with you guys since the beginning and in no way is this something that's going to make me quit or will I threaten that in some rage fueled rant

I was just wondering if there's ever a hope that we might see that, because it almost seems a bit uneven thinking to me that murloc costume would be BoA however TCG items wouldn't be. It's 2 seperate entities and there's the obvious "buying 2 pedestals is more than buying one so more profit"however the money that people spend is usually going to the person who broke the boxes not Cryptozoic, which still means more boxes broken to get said item thus more profit in their pockets, thus we keep it BoP, however I just think that when you get that rare item it should belong to the account not to the specific character. Sure Cryptozoic might lose a 10th of what they make selling booster boxes, however that won't stop people from buying massive amounts still to get the items to sell, it won't deflate those item values as much as people think, it will still be a thriving market, seeing as we have roughly 10 million or more accounts that probably will get activated at one point or another and one will say "Gee, I think my level 1 would look hot in an Epic Purple Shirt."

Or even the UDE items? I mean it would look really good on you guys to make those items BoA seeing as UDE really slapped not only Blizzard but the fans in the face by just completely disregarding the points system and severing business ties. I don't necessarily want to get into it, seeing as it was probably a very frustrating situation, but giving back to the fans on your end by making those items BoA would really show your support by getting behind us on an already infuriating issue(UDE making points obsolete not Vanity items being BoA in general)

So my short and concise post turned into a TL;DR, but I just would like to see something like this in the future.
