For just a measly $30 each on the in-game store, you can ban any player at any time for any reason! Make sure you use your ban on the player you hate the most, as you can use it only once per purchase!
Let's go into a Scenario where a player has a Buy-a-Ban:
Player 1:"lul n00b you suk at this game get higher rating"
Player 2 (Buy-a-Ban consumer): Oh really? Take this! (player uses Buy-a-Ban on Player 1). Have fun starting over!
Player 1: "oh nooooooooo, I shouldn't have messed with you"

If you're one of the few lucky victims of the Buy-a-Ban. You won't get a ban right away. In fact, you lose all of your progress in the game very slowly and painfully. Spent 4 months getting that Legendary Cape? Too bad! You gotta start all over. Spent weeks of doing SoO to get that achievement? Too bad! You gotta start all over! As this happens you lose 1 level per day, so you better get to spamming dungeon queues every day to keep your level 90!
As this is an idea, I think it would benefit the community greatly, and take all of the bad people out of this game once and for all!
