I've been visiting mmo-champion for quite some time now reading the blue-tracker posts and I find them quite disturbing.
Some people put their hearts in a post, explaining their issues thoroughly, in an exhaustive manner, complete and thorough manner and whatnot.
And as soon as the blue responder have no more to implement, he/she just lock the thread, rather offensively. And I find quite a lot of threads where the blue poster is mocking the OP, trying to make him/her feel stupid, as it seems.
I also read a thread where a player who quit explained why, very detailed and nothing offensive at all, and the blue response where "locked for trolling". Well, as of fact, Blizzard do not have to care about us mere mortals anymore, hence "cash flow".
I'm not sure how to put words on this, since I'm a man of few words when it comes to English.
Just randomly read any of the threads at http://blue.mmo-champion.com/ and you'll know what I'm talking about.
Oh the irony.
