I'll echo Kaiyeri statement here, Ricky. If you have a concern regarding an action taken on your account, I suggest submitting a ticket. The forums is not the place to discuss disciplinary actions as outlined in our Code of Conduct.

I also encourage you to use the right click report feature in game if you encounter any harassment so that our Game Masters can review the chat and take the appropriate steps to address that report.
