I've seen it posted on MMO-Champion forums and 3 comments about it on wowhead. Evidently there was a hotfix to Unheeded Warning that changed its proc from 680 weapon damage to 1900+ attack power? Can anyone confirm this or has anyone had any luck testing the proc?
