A guildie of mine is being harassed, as is our guild, Being called the [Removed]and racists by one specific player in Trade Chat.
We have as a guild placed several complaints and only got the "Ignore them" response...
This doesn't seem to correct the behavior of the violating player, given the fact that if one of us were to go off so to speak on said player in trade we would receive a ban for language.
Not to mention if it were made known in global chat that "Player X was banned for X amount of days for cheating/Harassment...whatever really" You at blizzard would be making the community a better place...
It's blizzards actions alone for not doing anything that have made the community what it is, That is the reason why people feel they have the right to be [Removed], See that word right there would get someone banned for language but calling a player and their guild Racist and the [Removed]isn't bad???
The logical thing to do is to ban this player after several complaints..Given that Blizzard can go into the chat logs and verify our statements...Yet they won't do it..
I would think given that they at the moment are the top MMO, That they would hold themselves to a higher standard of conduct and enforcement than any other game...
Yet they don't seem to fully grasp the concept of proper Customer Service...
I understand that $$ talks but your customers well being should also matter.
If a blue reads this, This type of thing will be the downfall of you all, I just don't understand why you are so cocky to think you are top dog...I find it interesting that none of you at blizz have grasped the proper concept of the words "Customer Service", it's no wonder people left your company to make better things.
