Folks, if you disagree with what someone says, you are welcome to discuss it but calling someone stupid, or using other disparaging language directed at them is not appropriate for these forums.
Very well said, Leorina. This side discussion should have stopped a long time ago. Thread locked. |
I've been banned from the forums three times now? For saying really baaaaad things,[Removed] You don't have to do much to be blocked for a week round here. (@_@) Why would you post the same thing that resulted previous action taken on the account? Contrary to popular belief we don't enjoy suspending accounts and would much rather not whenever possible. However, our job is to uphold the Code of Conduct and forum guidelines. We do so to help promote a civil and friendly environment on the forums, where all players can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts with each other and participate in constructive discussions about the game. The simplest of these rules is: Don't use inappropriate language. Which applies to both clear and masked/filtered language. Remember the mature language filter on the forum, as well as in-game, is not intended to give someone permission to use language that would otherwise be considered against our policies. It serves as a temporary shield, to help parents of minors and others who do not wish to see it, to block it.
Yes, we take these matters very seriously but do ask that you refrain from discussing what previously transpired. |
The mod squad has been locking and or deleting new threads on this all day today thankfully. Snowfox is right on the money whether or not you like it. Indeed. |
Customer Service has no involvement in the developmental process, so you are correct, calling that line does not work for that purpose. If you wish to provide feedback regarding the game you need to confine it to the Submit a Suggestion option available through the in-game interface and by posting constructively through the forums. Activision/Vivendi staff have no developmental involvement with Blizzard Entertainment. |
Nice how you posted this after the moderators all went home for the day. I wouldn't say that, we're here at all hours of the day. :o) Deníals, if you wish to provide feedback about the game you'll want to do so in a civil and constructive manner. Avoid insults and inappropriate comparisons they will only serve to get the thread deleted and you suspended. Being passionate about a subject is perfectly acceptable, we're gamers we understand that, but please remain civil and constructive when communicating with others on the forums. Posted feedback about an in-game concern will have a much greater reach when done in such a way that it encourages others to respond and to have a mature discussion. |
We get CM posts on some occasions, but the Blizzard employees that have to deal with this cesspool never post except maybe once or twice a year, generally during Blizzcon (When no CMs are on the forums). Hello. :) We don't often post because we are often confused with Community Managers. The "why are you posting here when you should be answering my question about X" is the the most common. You might see us be a bit more active but we'll still be keeping it to a minimum. There are a lot of reports to go through. Locking the thread since it is far removed from where it started and not really a conversation we can actively participate in. |
Why would it get deleted from the forum unless your discussing prices that involves real money which is against ToS. A thread advertising an unsupported transaction may be deleted with or without posting pricing. This one will be locked and details removed. |
