Blizzard are barely active on these EU forums. We'll get responses to the "funny" (and I use that term loosly) posts or some random "I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY CHARACTER OMG" on the customer service forums, which I've even had posts ignored on, yet the real issues in WoW (BG queues - waited over 40 minutes with queueing for random bg AND queuing for individual queues) go unanswered and ignored.
Yet, I look over to the US forums and see developers and moderators taking the time to participate in discussions that are about important aspects of the game.
Great. Problem is, we as Europeans haven't been blessed with an American nationality and therefore cannot participate. We don't get developers, nor explanations for why X is in the game. We get silence.
Why can't we post on there? Why don't developers post on here? Why do we have to be second rate customers? We pay just as much for our accounts, yet we have to read recycled blue posts that we have no say in.
I don't like being treated as inferior, especially by a company as large as BlizzardActivision.
I'm not looking for answers though. I'm looking for changes to be made. Either allow us to post on the US forums or get developers to log in over here and address our issues.
