Put a 3rd spec in the game...
Right now i have a fury spec for PvE and an Arms spec for PvP (mainly BGs), I have a full tank set in my bank at around 354 ilvl if I remember correctly. I never use it cause I simply refuse to pay for a respec all the time i want to tank a dungeon.
It would make me tank a dungeon more often. Thats my 2 cents.
