My question is simple, and I do hope it gets answered since I have asked a few GMs about it, but sadly got no real answer to it.
I want to know, why do I have a Vanilla 'Knight Captain' title in my FoS and I cant buy the old rank 14 replica gear/wep? I know that I got the rank from my Druid who is on Dunemaul, but if the rank is acc bound then what is the problem with buying the gear?
