I have been trying to obtain an API key for the past year. I have followed the steps as listed in the WoW API documentation:
Registering an application is a matter of providing a description of the application, how you plan on using the API and your contact information to [email protected] with the subject "Application Registration Request". Once we receive your request, we will contact you to either provide additional information or with application keys to use.
I have sent out 5 emails so far but never receive any replies. :/ Is it not possible anymore to receive an API key? A quick search on this forum didn't make me any wiser. Please enlighthen me as I have put a lot of work in my WoW website and would love to obtain an API key.

For some reason PvP Power is 0% for all characters even on the Blizzard website. I can pull [pvpPowerRating] but [pvpPower] is always 0 as of recently.
