Yeah they can still pve, but who wants to pay so many subs to play half the game. Though I see them changing /follow in BG's once they see a massive decline in subscriptions. On another note it should be possible for refunds since it was play style that was publicly allowed and accepted. So you pay for something and then they change the game to make it no longer possible.
Sounds like a valid case for a refund to me so all those boxers should contact support and see.
