Okay, -what the hell-, Blizzard, why is there a GM ticket option if they can't help you out with basic stuff?
A few days ago, I killed Xavius on Normal mode, however, his corpse was, for some reason, invisable to me, and I could not loot the horn, with this, I decided to open a GM ticket.
I had to open three tickets before any of the GM's understood that it was due a bug that I couldn't loot the boss, the Postmaster did not send me the horn, and that I have killed Xavius on Normal Mode (Despite LFR not even being out yet), Not to mention Quest items not following the same rule, and should be viable to loot, even if you killed and looted Xavius in the same week.
The last response was the GM explaining that they can't help me out and suggested me doing Heroic (So they still didn't get that I'm talking about a quest item?).
Blizzard, when I call a GM, I ask for help in resolving an issue I have, not for their advice, that's what the forums or websites are for. -WHY- can a GM not help a player with a simple issue like this, something one would EXPECT them to do?
And I can't say this is the first time a GM cannot help me with a simple issue either, the same was the case in WoD, where they've bugged the Timeless Isle quest and I couldn't turn in that book.
Is it so much to let your GM's do something that anyone would expect them to be able to do?
