some classes like hunters, rogues and mages have abilities for resetting cool downs and in my opinion it is not fair for other classes considering arena matches not last longer than those cool downs.
it should be fixed, either do not let these classes use resetting their cool downs or give other classes some abilities for resetting their cool downs.
