Now when both eu and na forums are full of complaints about this, only way to be noticed is a create one thread more.

Removal of personal loot is not even a band aid for the peoples who were dreaded by bad rng, its more like a salt into the open wound.
It could have maby worked in the past, but with all additions of WoD, there is absolutely no idea to run dungeons in PuG.

Whoever was in charge for this decision has not obviously played the game at all.

Now you have random stats, interchangeable items and chance to get a warforged item, so peoples will roll regardless do they have the exact same item or not. They will even roll for their guild mate who is in same group and trade it later.

You could have as well pulled the plug from whole dungeon finder and instance servers and donate them for more intellect use.
