Can I please ask what is going on with the support times at the moment I've waited up to 5 days for one ticket to be answered and my current ticket is on 11 hours!
I never normally contact you but when I do I expect a timely response, especially as you've removed phone support and trying to find your live chat well good luck!
I personally feel you support times are unacceptable and my customers would not allow me to treat them this way! they are on the phone if I haven't answered their ticket with in 45 minutes!
