Increase unusual gift spawn rate massively

Its very frustrating spending 10x as long on one quest as I do the others just because blizzard didn't allow for adequate respawns.

There is currently a hotfix being worked on that will address these concerns by greatly increasing the spawn rates for a number of Winter Veil quest objectives.

The hotfix to greatly increase the spawn rates of quest objectives for the following Winter Veil quests should now be live.

  • What Horrible Presents!
  • Grumpus
  • Menacing Grumplings
  • Where are the Children?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The proper people were notified and unusual gifts should now be spawning correctly for the realms where it wasn't spawning correctly. Additionally, Grumpus and Menacing Grumplings' spawn rates should still be more frequent but at a more appropriate rate now.
