Broken quests. Terrible lag. No responses, ETAs, or apologies. We paid money for this, we deserve answers and (more importantly) solutions.
The CS team has been very active both on the CS forum and on Twitter with updates. We are continuing to monitor the realms and reported issues and are troubleshooting and fixing as quickly as possible. I understand it might be frustrating right now, but we really do have people working on it all.
