Host Your Own!

Hosting a viewing party is easy! If you’re hosting a public event, just visit your preferred venue in advance and make sure that they’re willing to host a Gathering, and that everyone will be able to hear when you’re hosting your event. If you’re hosting for friends from home, just be sure to invite people in advance!

Next, you should set up your stream. Make sure your Internet connection (wired or Wi-Fi) is working, then simply connect your device to a television with the appropriate adapters (HDMI cables can make this very simple). Set the television or monitor to show input from the port that your device is connected to, and you should be ready to go. Don’t forget to do a test run to make sure that your cables are long enough and that everything is working as you expect it to. If you’re having trouble playing the stream, you can try reducing the quality of the stream so that it will run more smoothly.

Good luck, and don’t forget to take pictures and send them to [email protected] or tweet them to @PlayHearthstone!
