Burning Berserkers Reflect Disease Now?

Saw something new, after patch I went to kill Burning Berserkers and now they reflect my diseases back onto me so even after they die I am still taking periodic damage from frost fever and blood plague, for the full 30 second duration!

WTF, please tell me this is a bug.

A hotfix just went in that should stop Blood Boil from causing diseases to spread back to the casting Death Knight.

Would this problem with the diseases that has been hotfixed also address the issue I saw when raiding LFR last night that my Blood DK was losing aggro randomly to my buddy who was a Prot Warrior. I had an i-level 10 higher than the Warrior and my skada meter had me at higher dps but I was still randomly losing aggro and had to continuously waste taunts on Noureshen to hold aggro and keep stacks rotation correct.

That sounds like an issue with threat/tanking and is different from the one for Blood Boil that was causing Death Knights to keep dotting themselves. Making a new thread to discuss threat/aggro issues while tanking would be more helpful in this case.
