Gaze of the Black Prince Buff Gone

The Black Prince Buff was removed today. According to below it should have remained active up until 6.0.2 dropped tomorrow morning.

Still really not sure why they are removing the buff in the first place though. Why revamp a quest that they are getting rid of to remove the Valor/PvP requirement and then take away the buff that gives you any chance of completing the quest? You still need 32 raid drops in 4 weeks tomorrow from the Valor step if you are on that part of the quest.

'Rather than end the Gaze of the Black Prince buff on Tuesday, September 16 (as previously announced), the buff will remain active until the release of the Warlords of Draenor pre-patch (6.0.2).

It was our understanding that the Gaze of the Black Prince buff would be removed when the realms were brought down to apply Patch 6.0.2. In reality, the buff was set to expire at 12:00 a.m. this morning. At this point it's not likely that we'll be able to reactivate the buff so that it's available for these waning hours prior to patch launch. We apologize for the discrepancy between our messaging and the actual timing of the buff's removal. It wasn't our intent to mislead or confuse anyone.
