Alliance wins WSG but Horde gets top honor

So I was just in a WSG and the ally won with the second flag and 1 min to go. But at the end when the stats/score board appeared the horde got the honor for the win, they averaged 120 + honor points and the ally team averaged around 80 honor points. It seems to me the horde team got the points for the win even though the ally won the game. I have a screen shot if anyone wants to see it.

So, is this a bug or more horde favoritism from blizzard?
