oQueue is not working at the moment because blizzard removed the ability to send a note in the battle.net friend requests. The waitlist button uses the note feature in the battle.net friend request function to ask the leader to join their group.

Becuase blizzard removed this note, oQueue cannot work. The issue is being worked on.

Please spread this information to those with similar questions.

There's a hotfix that's currently being worked on to allow UI add-ons to send and retrieve Battle.net® friend invite notes.

We're aware of that issue. A separate hotfix is being worked on for Battle Pets and mounts that have gone missing.
