No idea, I like the model, but she seems a little lifeless. Just hoping that the animations change that.

There's a section about this in the blog:

"What you’re looking at here for the Human female is a single face option and a single skin tone on the base model without any animation or posing. When developing the base model we keep the expression on the face as devoid of emotion or expression as possible, as that allows our animators a greater range of motion when they start posing and morphing the face into different expressions. If we were to put any amount of expression—even a slight smile or mildly angry eyebrows—in the base model, that would carry through to every animation, and we'd end up with some very confused-looking characters."

Question is - will the applied animations only affect emotes or will there be a "base expression" for characters? As good facial expressions are with emotes, we're not exactly spamming those all the time. Most of the time we see our characters in an idle position. The character needs to look lively even when it's not emoting. As basic the old models were, they had a base expression that defined a bit their "personality" - and I think people chose that a lot of times over the actual look.

Take a look at the model previews on the WoD site, I think you can see that even when they're standing still, the have a definite personality.
