(Off topic: I watched that movie last week for the first time in a while. It kills me every time. I want the ADAA and "The Ocho" to be real, with Gary Cole and Jason Bateman in character as commentators.)

But yet you guys continue to create features and programs for people who ditch your game.

I honestly don't see why something like this is so skeptical, is there something wrong with blizzard rewarding people for sticking around? I didn't honestly think being grateful to your customers was such a hot button issue, i guess you learn something new each day.

I wasn't speaking directly to you, more to the people that enjoy throwing the word entitled around. Sure it's not good form to demand such a feature, but that doesn't mean it's a bad idea, you know?
